Ruapehu has exquisite natural landscapes. The Tongariro National Park is famous for its volcanos and the Tongariro Crossing - but it is truly diverse with its mountains, forests, waterfalls and rivers, quirky little buildings, and parks. It can be calm and serene, intense and majestic, playful, and beautiful, all on the same day. Every wedding is different, and only one thing is certain - your wedding here would be incredible!

Barbara was a dream to work with for our wedding in Ohakune. She understood what we wanted and was very adaptable on the day. She was the perfect mix of being there when you needed her, but invisible when you weren't looking. Having someone local was so important to us and her knowledge of the area was indispensable as she scouted some amazing spots for our wedding pictures.
